2002 HALL OF FAME WINNER Darrell Taylor (1896 – 1967) Taylor was a life-long resident of Piqua. He organized and ran his own auto repair business in Piqua for over twenty years. Active in his church, he organized the Taylor Tots to sing at local and regional church programs. He served as the first president of the local chapter of the N.A.A.C.P.
