INTRODUCTION

 

The Piqua Rotary Club VHS Collection was accessioned into the Flesh Public Library’s archives in April 2002.  James Oda, Library Director, donated the tapes.  The tapes are from the 1990’s.  There are no known restrictions on the use of this collection.
